Amazon has acquired DuckLabs, the company behind the analytical database DuckDB. Co-founders Hannes Mühleisen and Mark Raasveldt will continue to lead the team under AWS. The acquisition aims to enhance the development and reach of DuckDB while maintaining its open-source status.
