Boomi is approaching $1bn in recurring revenue, chairman and chief executive Steve Lucas told TNW. The integration company has tripled its revenue in the four years since he joined in 2022, he said. It helps that Boomi does data, and “AI needs data,” he said.

Barclays expects to have cut around 5,000 jobs by the end of 2026, roughly 5% of its staff. The bank said artificial intelligence and other technology now let it do the same work with fewer people.
