Uber Eats is now Amazon’s restaurant delivery partner for Prime members in the US, replacing Grubhub. The two companies announced the deal on Thursday. Prime members can now order Uber Eats on Amazon, on the website or in the Amazon Shopping app, without an Uber account.
Anthropic compute costs grew faster than its revenue last quarter. Compute took 58% of revenue in the third quarter, up from 48%. TechCrunch’s Russell Brandom found the figures in Anthropic’s amended IPO filing. Revenue rose to $17bn, from $11.6bn the quarter before, as we reported on Monday.
Anthropic has released FlashProve, an open-source prototype that lets anyone check that an AI reply came from the model a provider says it used. The company published the code, a technical report and formal proofs in a research post on Monday.
