Freedom Holding Corp. is developing the $2bn hub under an agreement signed in November 2025 with Kazakhstan’s Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development, the Nasdaq-listed group said in a statement on Monday. The site is planned with 100MW of available power.
